At Peltz Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
